  First time ordering from here and I was expecting big things considering how much it costs. The food was freezing cold, dry as well had absolutely no flavour. The ice creams were £3 each and I could still see the bottom of the cup I literally had to ask for more ice cream which even the man working agreed. Definitely would avoid this place, nobody stays at front to serve people all hide round the back until they get your food. I ordered 3 burgers all of which were dry and absolutely nothing like pictures or anything like any other Burger King I’ve eaten from. Overpriced, poor quality and low customer service. I’d rather go McDonald’s down the road which says a lot. Only getting 2 stars instead of 1 because of at least the order was correct.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at Burger King. We chose to eat in, expecting faster service than delivery — instead, we waited over 40 minutes, while other customers inside were waiting up to an hour. It was obvious that dine-in customers were being completely ignored. The drive-thru was constantly moving (around 8 cars served while we waited), and delivery drivers were prioritised the entire time. When we finally received our food, the order was wrong, items were missing, and everything was cold. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty, and the staff showed zero communication or basic customer care — not even a simple apology. This is not just slow service — this is a complete failure of management and organisation. Avoid this place.

  All burgers were wrong three times each. It took forever and there was still plastic in one of them. all the sides were also cold. Our 90 minute parking almost ran out because it took too long

  Honestly was in the drive thru for half an hour to forty minutes. Been an absolutely joke. Should have went to McDonald’s down the road or bought and slaughtered my own cow.
