  It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get at my house. And the good was cold also the order was wrong. 1 star.

  Ordered through JustEat. Food came later than expected (Which is not an issue). However, the food was COLD to the touch, the onion rings looked like they have been sat around for a few hours, Fries were hard. I called, and was answered by Mr M. The staff said he could do nothing about it, and I should ask for a refund through the JustEat App. I do not think that was the correct response, I do not want my money back, I just want a Warmer food.. There was no apologies for the food being cold, instead it looks like they had this problem before and rehearsed saying "Go to the App for a refund". --- One other red flag was.. I ordered: 2x Chicken Royale 1x Kids Cheese Burger 2x Large Fries 1x Small Fries 20x Onion Rings 12x Chilli Bites 1x Large Vanilla Milkshake They managed to fit it in ONE bag. The food were all crushed.. -- Im shocked by this sort of customer service.
