  This store is a lifesaver in Conwy. Unfortunately due to tourists acting like complete bellends a lot of the lovely staff leave. It costs nothing to be respectful but unfortunately when customers enter this store their manners leave their body as I witnessed today. The staff here do about 3 different jobs at once with management being less than helpful when their staff are under strain with something. I’ve witnessed many of the staff get mistreated in this shop by customers and nothing gets done about it and it’s lead to a number of staff leaving in the past 6 months alone! I see how hard the shop floor staff work and I salute every one of you x

  The very tall manager - Peter Crouch lookalike is so lovely. He works really hard. Still has a smile. He is really helpful

  I will not repeat what has already been said about the prices (way up) as there is far worst that pricing... how is it possible they sell expired food? Beef (raw) was literally brown, smelly chicken, a clear health risk. Come on guys! Stop endangering people!!!
