  0 stars Went here this evening 05/08/26 @ 18:00, and the 2 males behind the counter need to be dismissed from your establishment! Dam right rude, lack in customer service, disrespectful, they dont get paid apparently to clean tables, refresh the goods or provide a bare minimum service. There was 1 hour left of trade, we were told we couldn't sit in cause they are leaving on time and don't get paid after the store closes to clean. Just wow before I have even placed the order. 18:06 What's out is What's out, looking at each other to say I was over reacting asking for lettuce in my salad box thats not brown! 18:08 Complaining your over working them because they have to do online orders aswell as instore orders and there's only 2 of them. As a paying customer first off I don't care your staff are being made to work, they agreed to those terms when they took the employment. Secondly as a paying customer keeping them in the "said horrible job" they hate, they need to provide a basic service of half decent quality food, clean and basic manners. Its subway I don't expect high end service nor quality but I do expect the basic please, thank you that a grown adult should have especially if my 2 children can show the basics. If your staff don't like the job or how you as their employer expect them to provide customer service and basic hygiene standards then they need to work else where! Personally I wouldn't have staff working for my company turning away business, bad mouthing me as an employer either!

  I didnt manage to take a picture of my fully loaded foot long BMT as it was that well presented and enjoyable I forgot! I kenzie was wonderful, she was so friendly.. That I had to ask for her name, living in Chester and travelling around a lot for work from Scotland to Cornwall i can say this was the best made subway I've had! Thanks, lovely job! ❤️👌😀
