  Lovely calm place to watch the water however children food was horrible pasta was one solid slab, I got the pie and mash it is not mash it smash horrible husband got fish and chips was ok best out bad bunch however staff were lovely, desert we got the kids ice cream come with too many sour berries on for children

  This would have been a 3 Star review, but the staff made it a 2, so well done to them. Ordered Nachos as a starter, Cowboy burger and a lasagne, this was after they didn’t have Strongbow cider available! For some reason, the starter came out with the mains 😳 Didn’t ask it to come out then, we were expecting it as a starter. The cheese sauce was cold, told the server this and the same plate came back with more cheese sauce on which was warm. Suppose to have no pickles or gherkins on my burgers. Guess what, had gherkins on it. Only found out after I had started to eat the burger and fries. Told the server this, took the plate away, 2 mins later comes back, same plate with them removed! Oh, no crispy onions either, just red salad onions! No apology or anything from the staff, and the people in the kitchen need to learn how to follow simple instructions. It’s really not difficult!

  Service wasn't great. When we finished our food, we were left waiting a long time for dessert (and we had places to be). It wasn't until one of us got up and asked did staff finally bring desert over. They didn't even apologise, just handed dessert over with an attitude and left (Mind you, the restaurant wasn't busy). The food wasn't that impressive either. Mine tasted like it came straight out of the freezer and popped in the microwave. My sister said she was served literally the driest burger she had ever tasted. The atmosphere wasn't too bad, though. We had a lovely view of the harbour while a seagull was busy eating someone's chips while their backs were turned.

  Just a heads up this place is closed every Monday for team training until 26th August. Save you a journey unlike us because we thought it was open until we got there and saw the sign on the door

  Bedankt voor de leuke tijd die we bij jullie hebben gehad. Het avondeten was elke keer erg lekker en van goede kwaliteit. Ook het ontbijt was elke ochtend een fijne ervaring. We verbleven vier nachten in de Premier Inn en voelden ons er erg welkom. Een bijzondere dank aan de dames die het ontbijt verzorgden. Ze waren oprecht vriendelijk, bedienden ons steeds met een warme glimlach en zorgden voor een aangename start van de dag. Daarnaast gaven ze ons ook enkele tips voor onze reis, en die bleken uitstekend te zijn. Hun gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid maakten ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Bedankt voor alles!
