- MPM PrJul 27, 20261.0! DANGEROUS TO EAT HERE ! Twice I have been in and the food hasn't been cooked properly, staff are grabbing items to put in the bags with their bare hands, I saw one of them use Vegan tongs on a Sausage roll! The manager is horrible to customers, I don't understand how she can still be working there. Nobody has a clue what they're doing. One of the staff members went from outside having a cigarette straight to serving food, did not wash their hands. Disgusting! Every time you walk in they have new faces, makes you wonder why nobody wants to stay and work there. When you compare this one to the one by Pets at Home or the one in Llandudno, it makes you wonder how this Greggs hasn't been shut down for Food Safety violations. Avoid at all costs!!

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.

In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
