- LLLynnOct 15, 20231.0Ordered our food and waited for it to be cooked. The wait seemed longer than a normal fast food restaurant, but we were happy to wait. We watched one of the cooks walk over to the rubbish bin, push the rubbish down, and shut the door. Opened another door, picked up a bucket 🪣 and take it away. He returned with it empty and closed the cupboard door. Without washing his hands ✋️ he proceeded to make my burger! I was horrified and informed the manager what we had witnessed. The cook and the manager said it was only sanitiser that he emptied, so that was ok! I told them that he should have still washed his hands, and that it was disgusting! I also informed her of the rubbish, and she said she'd check the CCTV. She did apologise, and we had a full refund. I would stear clear of this place!
