    The guy that served was very polite and helpful but he had what seemed like a manager in his face with a stopwatch, told him he had failed on time in front of customers. Made me as a customer very awkward as he was brilliant and she just walked off to the back. The manager really could spend her time a lot better because the chip place was pretty dirty and she just walked passed it. All the tables that were available had trays on them and the manager was swanning around and just passed all the dirty tables plus the toilets stink and are pretty dirty. Fittings in the men's bathroom need repairing. Think a change in management is in need with a stronger focus on customers and less on targets and KPIs.

    Absolutely lovely when it has the stock, but it regularly has no chicken royales and no cheese or even bbq sauce, thats what i have just been told by an incredibly rude staff member.
