Nice to try it once but wouldn’t go again. It’s fun atmosphere but just way too loud. If you want to talk to the other person you’re with, I don’t recommend.

It was a Sunday and my friend and I decided to have dinner at TGI's, a popular restaurant known for its casual ambiance and delicious food. Little did we know that this would turn out to be one of the worst dining experiences we had ever encountered.
As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the hostess, who seemed friendly and showed us to our table. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse when our waiter, Pawan, approached our table with an air of indifference and impatience.
Right from the start, Pawan seemed disinterested in serving us. He barely made eye contact and impatiently asked for our drink orders without even bothering to introduce himself or provide any recommendations from the menu. It was clear that he just wanted to get the order over with.
When our food finally arrived, we discovered that it was not what we had ordered. We politely pointed out the mistake to Pawan, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead of apologizing, Pawan rolled his eyes and sighed as if we were inconveniencing him. He took the plates back without a word, leaving us feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable.
After what felt like an eternity, Pawan returned with the corrected order. However, the food was lukewarm and lacked the usual flavor and presentation we had come to expect from TGI's. When we tried to get Pawan's attention to address the issue, he was nowhere to be found. It seemed as though he had completely abandoned our table, leaving us frustrated and neglected.
As the evening went on, it became increasingly evident that Pawan had no interest in providing us with a pleasant dining experience. He rarely checked on us, and when he did, he would scoff or mumble under his breath if we requested anything. It felt like we were inconveniencing him with every interaction.
By the time we finished our meal, our patience had worn thin. We asked for the bill, and when Pawan finally brought it, he slammed it down on the table without a word. It was a clear display of his rudeness and lack of professionalism.
Needless to say, our visit to TGI's that evening left us with a sour taste in our mouths. Pawan's rude behavior and indifference tarnished what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. We left the restaurant feeling disappointed and vowed never to return.

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
