  Closing down and staff were not very attentive except for 1. Five of us went for Adams Birthday. Won't be going there again. Watford TGIF 12 years ago was great , A lot of our Crew whilst working on a Film at Warner Brothers were regulars twice a week for 6 months.

  ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lebensverändernde Rippchen & Lichtgeschwindigkeit-Service! ​Ich übertreibe wirklich selten, aber nach diesem Abend muss ich mein Testament umschreiben, damit meine Familie mich in dieser Barbecue-Soße bestattet. ​Das Essen: Die Spareribs waren absolut überragend. Was sage ich? Überragend ist gar kein Ausdruck. Das waren die besten Ribs, die ich je gegessen habe! Das Fleisch war so zart, dass es quasi schon beim scharfen Ansehen freiwillig vom Knochen gefallen ist. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass der Koch magische Kräfte besitzt oder einen Pakt mit dem BBQ-Gott geschlossen hat. 11 von 10 Punkten. ​Der Service: Das Personal war der Wahnsinn. Amelia (Bedienung) war so unfassbar auf zack, ich dachte kurz, die fliegen auf Drohnen durch den Laden. Kaum hatte ich den Gedanken, dass ich noch ein Bier vertragen könnte, stand es schon zapffrisch vor mir. Gedankenübertragung? Wahrscheinlich. Dazu waren alle so herzlich und gut gelaunt, dass man sich sofort wie bei Freunden gefühlt hat. ​Fazit: Wer hier nicht essen geht, hat die Kontrolle über sein kulinarisches Leben verloren. Ich werde ab jetzt wöchentlich hier auftauchen. Sichert euch schon mal die Rechte an meinem Stammplatz! Danke für den genialen Abend!

  We visited at the weekend. We have visited lots of times here anf never had an issue but unfortunately we didn’t have a great meal at all. We asked for the 2 starters to come out with the mains. Starters arrived but no main meals with it. We then waited a long time for our mains. When we got them they were barely warm and chips were undercooked aswell as everything coated in some type of dried green dressing that didn’t taste of anything. We waited a while for a waiter or just anyone to come past our table so we could tell them but they didn’t so had to try and brush all the dressing off our sons meal because he couldn’t eat it. (ASD and sensory issues.) ended up leaving with 2 plates half finished and my sons not even touched. Atmosphere was not great at all with lots of security keep coming in and out and waiters congregating at the bar and order counters. I doubt we will be back now as my son’s safe food here is no longer safe.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at TGI Fridays. The food was amazing—every dish was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. But what really made our visit special was the service. Amelia, who served us, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We left with smiles all around. Highly recommended!

  Very disappointing experience at TGI Fridays. We ordered two ribeye steaks. One of them looked like a proper ribeye, but the second one was definitely not ribeye at all — no marbling, no fat, thick texture, and it looked more like a sirloin or rump steak. We honestly felt like they had run out of ribeye and hoped we wouldn’t notice. Unfortunately for them, we actually work in this business and know the difference. On top of that, the ribeye ordered medium came out medium-well to well done. When we called the waitress over, she was polite and professional, so no complaints about her. The issue was the manager lady. Instead of listening properly or apologising, she kept insisting “this is definitely ribeye” and said they “all cut differently.” No apology, no offer to replace the steak, and no real customer service at all. We decided to send the second steak back and ordered a small rump steak instead, asking specifically for medium-well this time. What arrived was completely overcooked, burnt, and dry — basically well done with a burnt outside. The food quality was poor, but the worst part was the attitude from management. A manager should know how to speak to customers and handle complaints professionally instead of being defensive straight away.Definitely not worth the money, and sadly one of the worst steak experiences we’ve had. Waitress was so nice though
