  We love the food at Wagamama's and have visited here many times so I absolutely understand that the food comes at different times. However, on our last few visits here the delay in getting all the food for our table has been unacceptably long. We visited yesterday and we had to wait nearly 25 minutes after our meals for our daughter's bento box to arrive (a very standard order). The staff explained there was a delay with several of the bento boxes and that they had chased the chefs, but we had a very similar experience on our last visit too so I'm not sure what keeps going wrong with the children's meals. It makes it very difficult to go back when our daughter will be left waiting so long.

  Came here for dinner on a Saturday night, atmosphere was like a McDonald's combined with a creche. Took ages to be greeted at the door, booked a table, the guy who finally came to see us, asked my name, got it wrong then went yeah I have a table and just walked off.. Very odd. While I understand the seating idea of wagamama's, me and my partner were seated next to two toddlers on ipads watching loud children's videos even though there are other tables free, why would you seat a couple next to that? Behind us was a table being used to sort cutlery so all you could hear was that being clanged together amongst the noise of kids running around and screaming. The floor was dirty, tables barely being wiped down properly between seatings, the place felt dirty. The bao buns were cold with piping hot fillings, the Gyoza taste like they've came from a supermarket out of a bag. Would never return to this poor excuse of a 'restaurant'. Save your money, go elsewhere.

  Took ages to get a table despite loads being free. Took ages to order and main turned up luke warm. Followed by sides which were hot. We watched all the other tables experience the same slow service. Worst part was we were put on a table next to another one that had been vacated but all the dirty plates just sat there during to 1.5 hrs it took to get our food and eat!! We are avid wagamama fans and eat at them all the time. Very disappointed in this one and won’t be returning . As a side note the toilets were not clean and no toilet paper which is inexcusable!!! Not to wagas normal standard .

  Our second visit to this branch of Wagamama. Obviously drawn back because of our enjoyable experience previously. I think this visit scores more highly because of Adam, our server. The food was great on both occasions but he gives it an extra lift. Attentive at all times and his professional but fun personality pushes the score to a worthy 5 star.
