  Appalling service. Placed an order on the phone and was told it would be ready for collection in 15 minutes. Arrived to collect pizza 20 minutes later and was told it would be ready in 3 minutes. 10 minutes later was told it would be ready in 2 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed and was told it would be ready in 3 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed and the blokes were scratching their heads looking at the ovens. Eventually they admitted that the ovens were not getting up to heat and my pizza wasn’t even in the oven. Kept offering me a free pizza. I told him they couldn’t even give me the one I’d ordered. 5 times in total he offered me another free pizza. 5 times l had to tell him l didn’t want a free pizza. Eventually, very reluctantly he gave me my money back. These blokes were absolute clowns. Stop lying. If the ovens aren’t working just be honest and say. Don’t lie that it will be ready in 3 minutes when it’s not even in the chuffing oven. Do yourself a favour: avoid using this place.

  Terrible , spent 50£ told that it’s gonna be cold, really unhappy . The woman on the phone was so rude. Honestly disgusting customer service.

  Visited here as we usually go to dominos but fancied a change. My partner has a gluten allergy therefore we requested the gluten free base which is heavily advertised by papa John’s and available on their menu in store. When asking the staff they had no idea what gluten was and couldn’t care less! The man behind the counter could barely speak English and rolled his eyes at my when I questioned him. We left, walked 2 minutes up the road to dominos and ordered what we wanted with no hassle or confusion. Will never return to this store, the staff needs proper training in allergy awareness.

  Listen to the other reviews. Pizza was so dry and tough with barely any toppings, really disappointed.
