First time here and over priced. I ordered really quickly as there was queue and I was with a child. Ordered the veggie (non burger) and omg nearly £6 for veg in bread! I couldn’t eat it - went in the bin! I was gobsmacked they don’t even offer veggie burgers!!! It’s 2026! The chips (child’s) were so salty that we couldn’t eat them…. First and last time. We had to wait 20 mins for our food too.

Always perfection! Had to remind the staff about my IPA in my order, but that was only a minor thing - and can't really complain when they effectively gave me two portions of the incredible fries 🍟😍

The food is great, however is overpriced (like all five guys). It's convenient for a bite to eat going around the outlet. This five guys doesn't have the diner like experience you would expect. Staff are lousy, and the atmosphere is pretty dead. BUT it's good food, so overall 4/5.
