  Ordered on the app. However the order that was confirmed wasn't what I ordered so I phoned to cancel it. I was told I couldn't but I pointed out that it wasn't what I ordered. The person I spoke wasn't keen to help but reluctantly cancelled the order. However over a week later I'm still waiting for my card account to be refunded 😡.

  My workplace recently held a celebration event where we had a large order. Somit handled the large order very efficiently and considering the size of it, quality was not compromised.
