  Does not accept DHL parcels even though it’s advertised on DHL website. Then change it and update the info? What a waste of time.

  Would not recommend this shop at all, I’ve gone to shop there on previous occasions and it has been closed before the advertised time. More recently I selected it as a convenient place to have a parcel delivered. I went in on the evening the parcel was delivered as I’d been at work all day, the shop was empty but I was told by two assistants that parcels will not be handed out after 7pm. The manager had decided this and had reprimanded staff for handing out parcels after this time. The notice by the till says “due to high demand”, so to me, shortening the timescale that parcels are allowed to be collected only heightens the demand! The shop was empty of other customers and there was no reason why I shouldn’t have been able to collect my property. The two assistants were very polite so I don’t blame them if the manager has given them grief for providing good customer service on previous occasions, but I will not be using the shop for deliveries again or for anything else if these are their policies.

  Rejected a parcel yet they advertise themselves as a drop off service. But of course we have to pick up the price of the postage to get it posted elsewhere. Not impressed. 2 stars instead of one as the rudest member of staff doesn't work there anymore.

  Refused Royal Mail Drop off despite the service being advertised from 06:00 to 23:00. Apparently they don’t accept drop offs between 2 and 4 as they are too busy selling sweets to school kids. Not helpful when you are elderly or disabled. Poor staff attitude.
