  Carol on the tills I visited Tesco today and was disappointed by the customer service I received from the woman working on the till. She came across as rude, abrupt, and uninterested in helping customers. A simple greeting, smile, or polite interaction would have made a big difference. I understand that retail can be busy and stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

  Clean, tidy with polite staff. Never have to queue for too long and it's handy being in the town centre.

  This isn't my usual store but I've had an issue getting nappies for my 3 year old in lydney, so tried this one instead. They didnt have any on the shelf, so I found a member of staff (she had just finished helping anougher customer). She went out of her way to go through the delivery to find the only box delivered of the size I needed. Denise is the only reason im leaving a review she was friendly, more then helpful, and did her best to help. All the staff seem happy and friendly. The only reason I've put this down a star is becaise of the car park. Its always busy and takes a while to get in and out of.
