  Completely oblivious staff member. I was trying to walk down an aisle when a member of staff stepped directly in front of me and started sweeping under the cabinets, blocking the way. I repeatedly said “excuse me” but was completely ignored. It took another member of staff telling him to move, twice, before he finally got out of the way. To top it off, I got a rude look from him as I walked past. I found the whole interaction disrespectful and unnecessary. Customers shouldn’t have to struggle to get down an aisle or be ignored when asking to pass.

  Larger than average Express, but the lunch/sandwich section is very limited, only about half the size of the usual Express. No receipts available at any self-serve till, and no staff to be seen anywhere around the checkout area. This is going to be a shoplifters paradise!

  Took 19 years for me to get a local shop. It was an on going joke! Open when you need it without having to get in the car for everything or delivered. Open and spacious. It will be the center of the community. May be a bit more expensive but no need to to travel.
