  Stopped at the café in Tesco today and had a really great experience thanks to Matt who was serving customers. He was extremely polite, welcoming, and had a genuine smile the whole time. A true gentleman. It’s rare to see someone who clearly enjoys helping people and creates such a friendly atmosphere for everyone in the queue. Small things like this really make a difference during the day. Tesco café is lucky to have staff like Matt. Thank you for the excellent service.

  My husband and I chose this spot for our weekend coffee date and ordered a full breakfast along with fruited scones. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. While the atmosphere could have been a bit cozier, we didn’t expect too much given that it’s inside Tesco. What truly made our visit special was the service. We were served by Reje Shilpakar, and she is truly a gem to your store. Employees like her often go unnoticed in customer service, so I sincerely hope your team recognizes her hard work and rewards her with the promotion she deserves. She has such a wonderful vibe and made our experience memorable. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Reje Shilpakar, you truly made our day beautiful!

  My wife and I had breakfast there, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect, and we were served by Rejee, one of the best staff members—we couldn’t have asked for better service.

  We have been waiting 30inutes for coffee ridiclous what's wrong with Tesco cafe these days please Tesco improve your customer experience otherwise we will shop elsewhere
