  Pizza was burnt and thin crust not what I ordered. It actually tasted sour and it was cold by the time I got home. Contacted customer support they asked for pictures. They said they would pass the feedback on and did nothing to rectify the situation. Glos barnwood and central branch are the worst. Their customer support are useless too.

  Unfortunately our order arrive 80 minutes after the expected delivery time. Then when we called to cancel, we receieved very rude customer service which has left us with a poor experience of customer service at Dominos. We spoke to Dominos customer service but there has been no attempt to resolve the issue. We chose to not accept the order on delivery out of principle and there has been no attempt to make a resolution.

  Don’t order on the app to pick up they will mess up your order and try and say that what you have ordered is not on there

  Doesn't take cash. a business that doesn't trust its staff to take cash, is not a business to trust. Fireaway take cash, hence business with them on a regular basis
