  I received Excellent customer service at this restaurant and my food arived quick fresh hot and very tasty big thank you to Andrew who served me I will certainly be back again next time I visit gloucester

  Slow so slow no cue but you still need to wait for a long while while staff have loud professional discussion about how jobs should be done. Terrible experience.

  We come regularly however during the heat it is unbearable as they don't turn on their air conditioning. They made one of my orders wrong because they had run out what they needed for make it so I had a twix fusion with milkshake syrup instead of sauce. Suffice to say it was disgusting. Please make things out of stock if you can't make it.

  Food took a while to be delivered and when it came the bbq chicken burger was over cooked and the bacon double cheeseburger was extremely small more like a kids burger very disappointing the chips were dry too only saving grace was the milk shake
