  Wouldn't recommend this place at all!! Not busy at all but had to wait over a hour for simple food!! No fish and chips! Kids (14+) got board waiting so we said go play pool, they returned 1 min later and was told they couldn't use it by a rude bar lady so I went with them and they used it (while using it said bar lady scowling at me the whole time). Food finally arrived and all of the food was luke warm! So we departed and went to McDonald's Never ever are we going here again they say 1st impressions is everything the entrance looked new but inside was so run down, smashed/shattered windows. It's a no from me

  Food wasn't good what so ever, took ages for it all to come out. From start to finish it was about 1hr 30min, just for some chicken and a pie. Wasn't busy and asked the staff if they was under staffed which they said they wasn't.

  About 6 people in the place but told us we had to wait over an hour for a table, as they didnt have any ! We voted with our feet, as I didn't have the words to convey my thoughts!!!!

  Food was pretty awful, but the waiter was friendly. We overheard staff telling customers the place was closing down, so that explains alot. Such a shame because we have always enjoyed visiting a Beefeater and had driven 25 miles to this one as our local one has also closed down recently. Very disappointing and definitely wouldn't recommend now. Sorry

  Had the experience of two nights dining here as staying at the Premier Inn next door for 5 days. Pretty awful to be honest. Long waits and burnt inedible offerings unfortunately. Lack of staff meant prepared food sitting under heaters for ages before getting to table. Stupidly purchased the meal deal for five days but abandoned the other three evenings as couldn't face any more of it. On a plus side the Premier Inn is fine with lovely staff and the breakfasts were a completely different experience. Freshly cooked breakfast was great and much better service. Credit as well to Premier Inn who have refunded the money for the three nights we couldn't face using the restaurant again. So if you are staying at the Premier Inn next door it's all good for your stay and breakfast but beware of the evening dining experience. We may just have been unlucky but chance it at your peril 🤣🤣
