  None of the machines worked to place an order. When I told the staff they just shrugged at which point I suggested THEY take my order. The machines were left on with wave after wave of people enjoying the same poor experience. Diabolical!

  Cheese was cold, burger bacon was BROWN??, smelt bad, grey, soggy buns, no cheese when paid for it, coffee was cold, dissapointed in it

  We had visited this BK before and had no problem! Tonight, we ordered food (£44.87 for 3 large meals) for 3 people and were kept waiting for 20 minutes. Only 2 staff working, customers stacking up and we all wondered if it was shut/ out of stock. Food wrapped items were waiting on hot plates. Our onion rings were left out of our BK take-away bag. All food was cold when we opened the bag, immediately after getting back to our car (parked at services). Too hungry to complain and knowing it would ages to sort out any chance of new food. Extremely disappointed with temperature of food and staff service at this BK - a real shame, as other BK outlets have been good.

  Looked at the prices, looked again to make sure I wasn’t seeing things, then walked away. I’m not paying £20 for a BK meal. Insane prices and no idea how they think they’re justified in charging that much.
