Quite possibly the dirtiest smelliest toilets I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit. I’d certainly expect better from a supermarket, disgusting.

Shopped here quite a few times while staying nearby. The store has a great variety of fresh produce and a great selection of grocery items fresh and veg frozen. Friendly staff and quick self serve checkout.

They forever shut the entrance nearest to Timpson and put a wet floor sign up,my partner who has a blue badge and finds it inconvenient, especially when enquiring why,was told it gets a bit breezy after 6.30pm Think entrance/exits are for customer convenience,if you must lock up at 6.30 at least put a visible out, that floor never is wet!!

I would like to share some feedback about my visit today. When I approached a checkout, a female member of staff told me that it was closed. However, less than a minute later, she allowed another customer to use the same checkout. I do not know the staff member’s name, but she had pink hair, which may help you identify her. This made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. Jonas noticed what had happened and kindly opened another checkout for me. I truly appreciate his thoughtful and professional response, as it made a real difference to my experience. I hope Tesco will ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully, without any form of discrimination, and that an incident like this does not happen again. Thanks jonas👍
