  Only really use this store when i have to, yes each store the prices will be different but here the prices have gone up consistanly over time and I really think it's to much,yes you could say if you don't like it then go somwhere else but we are all entitled to our own opinion but what I think is seriously wrong with this store is since when were staff here allowed to wear jeans and trainers as part of their uniform. ? That is wrong on so many levels cos even the manager I assume the one chap is even he wears jeans now that's not presenting a good image is it.

  Not a great Tesco, staff seemed to be trained very very basically and can’t really do anything aside from scanning an item. There never seems to be a senior member to help. Self service tills are all card payments so then they have huge queues at the checkout. All food products have a super quick sell by date and the stores expensive! Only use this store when I have to. Also I paid for a costa drink that I then wanted refunding/exchanging as it wasn’t a part of a meal deal and was told I couldn’t, even though there are no signs anywhere to say it wasn’t! Tried to speak to a manager no one available, had to go to work and the coffee was crap, could have exchanged as a good well gesture, poor service really.

  Always find staff are quite confused in store and don't really attempt to rectify any issues with the POS systems not working. Often products are marked up at incorrect prices and on 2 occasions now I have found the self scan machines read barcodes incorrectly for a different product but had the female staff member on tills was frustrated at the fact that I didn't want to pay extra. I also overheard her moan to her colleague that I was voiding a transaction. I felt this was very unprofessional and belittling. Won't bother using any cirencester branches going forward if this is how people are treated.

  Small and expensive, just as bad as Waitrose… Thankfully the staff are kind, That’s Tesco’s saving grace for this store.
