  We decided to go to celebrate my son's GCSE results. The store was advertising 25% off for students. We had left the slip of paper with the results on behind at home but did have the email from the school with the results and a photo of the results slip. This however was unacceptable to the manager who was completely inflexible. Whilst it didn't affect the food it did take the shine off what was supposed to be a celebratory moment.

  We had Yaki soba and Chicken firecracker it was really lovely experience after a while. The food obviously was top notch 👌🏻. Hospitality we recieved was 👌🏻👌🏻 awesome. Staff’s Ash and Avinash were very professional and took good care of us will visit soon 😉

  Had a lovely meal at Wagamama Cheltenham, largely thanks to our wonderful server, Salina. She went above and beyond, even helping us customise our bibimbap exactly to our preference. Her friendly energy and attentive service really made the visit special. Most of the food was good, though the gyoza was a bit disappointing as the outer skin seemed undercooked and dry. However, Salina’s fantastic service made the experience well worth it!

  Lovely meal after theatre. Son is on crutches and Carol immediately moved furniture around without being asked and treated us like royalty. All food served quickly and service is the best anywhere. Thank you all staff :)

  Food was lovely but I will just say that there wasn't a lot of people there but a few times we had to call for waiter either to take our drinks order, food order and getting the bill. I don't know what's happened in hospitality since I worked in it. But there was no checking up on how are we or how was the meal. There were four people working on the floor, 2 were cleaning condiments bottles. This should be done after service has finished, unless they are really dirty. There was more urgency to get the deliveroo and uber orders to their drivers rather than service to customers in the restaurant itself hense the other 2 busy with them. Pay attention to all customers.
