  Visited Cheltenham Five Guys during half term with my daughters and was genuinely impressed. The food was incredibly fresh, I had a lettuce wrap which was crisp and well prepared - full of veggies, fresh peppers, and the fries were clearly freshly cut. The children’s meals were also great quality, with fresh beef burgers rather than the usual “kids menu” compromise. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. A special mention to Eliza-Maria, who served us. It was a busy day, but the team were patient and attentive throughout. Eliza offered shake samples (pistachio was the favourite!) while the children were deciding, provided paper and crayons to keep them entertained, and even brought the food over to our table. Generous portions, great quality food, and genuinely excellent customer service. We’ll definitely be back.
