- DCDerek ColeApr 24, 20262.0My wife and I this morning 24 April went for a breakfast not knowing Friday Saturday Sunday is buffet style as we have been midweek were you orde what you want.The food today was not that great the eggs were over cooked yellow and hard.The black pudding was like toast no mousture to it. The mushrooms were dry no liquid in the dish. We were totally let down and looking forward to a good breakfast .which didn't happen .so sorry for the review but shan't come on a Friday to Sunday. Bases will then only on days when meals are cooked to order.
- LLLilaApr 19, 20261.0I’ve been to quite a few Brewers Fayre locations, and this is honestly one of the worst. The staff were generally quite rude and dismissive, responses felt very abrupt and unwelcoming. There was one lady with glasses who was actually lovely and friendly, but apart from her, the blonde waitress and another male staff member came across quite hostile, it genuinely felt like we were bothering them just by being there. The whole place had a very “do the bare minimum and go home” attitude. No real care for customers at all. Hygiene was also a big issue, the place didn’t feel clean, and the toilets smelled absolutely awful, like sewage. Looking at other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-off experience with the staff or cleanliness, which says a lot. Wouldn’t recommend.
