  The attitude of the staff are shocking , trying to buy a simple meal deal , all mixed up on shelves so you pick what you think go to the till and it's wrong , snatched the items off me , so told them to sort shelve out so you know what is what , and to the lady who snatched the items off me ,if you don't want the job don't do it ....

  I have bought my newspaper every day for over 20 years from this lovely little shop. The staff have always been great - they are friendly, helpful and polite - until now. There are two new members of staff who don't know the words "Please" or "Thank You" (probably more to do with their upbringing than staff training) and are almost oblivious to the customers. It's become a horrible experience to shop there - it's now just like most other shops that couldn't care less about the customer. Although it's further to travel I'll go to Morrisons for my newspaper in future and just hope that these two women realise that they do not have the skills to fulfil their role and go and work somewhere where being brain dead and ignorant is acceptable.
