  I ordered a pizza from this store this evening. You can imagine my surprise when I opened the box to reveal the WRONG pizza. It’s worth noting that happens every time I order from this store! However, today I decided, enough. As Boris Johnson once said “Enough, it’s time to get this done”. It’s time to swap the pizza for my correct order. Time elapsed approximately 5-10 mins (this is important for later). On arrival back to the store, it was revealed that we HAD been given the wrong pizza, ours (the correct type) was left on the rack. We collected the correct pizza, we left the store. You can once again, imagine my surprise when the pizza was cold! Oh of course it was! It had been left - and it was uncut. I was done, I wasn’t going to drive back to the store for a second time. I consumed the cold pizza (good job I had my own pizza cutter at home). Please rectify this, and this whole store. Worst pizza experience ever - and I’ve had a few!

  Driver left my gate open, dog ran out, driver drove off and almost hit the dog. When called to complain crazy women just screams at you.

  Cinderford people malding about a big takeaway chain being in Cinderford, claim to ‘support small businesses’ yet buy nothing. Meanwhile I’ll be over here enjoying hot, fresh pizza delivered to my door in under 30 minutes. Ordered a Pepperoni Passion last week and it was genuinely excellent, proper dough, generous toppings, arrived while it was still too hot to eat. Which is exactly how it should be. Apparently the real problem with Cinderford is that someone had the audacity to give people a decent takeaway option. Scandalous. The Forest of Dean’s cultural identity is clearly under existential threat because you can now order a stuffed crust without driving to Gloucester. Five stars. Would betray my community again.
