  Awful experience. Food was estimated 30-40 mins. Hadn't turned up after 1 hour. Rang and was told 'was being delivered with another order in the village'. Still didn't turn up so tried to ring to get a refund. They just kept cutting my calls off. They tried to deliver after 1.5 hours. I refused to accept this. I tried to ring to explain why and request a refund, but they just kept cutting my calls off. No food. No refund.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any dominoes branch. Dominoes app went down and wouldn’t allow my order to be processed. I tried to call the bishops cleve store (following the apps instructions). Roughly 45 minutes the store was answering my calls and immediately hanging up. I finally managed to get an answer and had to persuade the staff member to place my order for delivery, which came to a hell of a lot more than it would have in the app. When I asked if I could have the same discount honoured as it wasn’t my fault the app wasn’t working, my request was bluntly refused. Asked to speak to a manager, turns out I was talking to the manager who did nothing but argue with me about the price (I wasn’t willing to pay an extra £19) and continued to ignore the fact that I had been hung up on continuously despite being asked for an explanation for this.

  Food is always delicious, staff are friendly and polite, place is extremely clean. Have never had a bad experience. So lucky it’s close by! Best dominos in Cheltenham

  Placed an order on the app, the app said there was an error and took my money. Called the shop and the worker said he couldn't help and referred me back to dominos. Emailed them, they said I had to contact him. Going back and forth with them and still no resolve. Have had to escalate it now, very frustrating. To rub salt in the wound, ordered directly through the shop, the chap said the pizza would be woth me in 20 minutes. I live 2 miles away and had to wait an hour and 130 minutes for my pizza and its cold, waoted out on the road for 15 minutes as the driver couldnt find the address. Will not use dominos again. Absolutely useless.
