  Very disappointing experience with Domino’s. The large pizza arrived cold with hardly any cheese or chicken, the chips were ice cold and hard, and the chicken breast was dry instead of crispy. The only decent item was the garlic bread. Delivery took longer than expected, and customer service was terrible, with the phone going unanswered despite multiple attempts to call. For the price paid, this is completely unacceptable. The food ended up going to waste, and I am extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the lack of customer service. I hope this is taken seriously.

  It took over an hour to get my pizza delivered to Hilton Strathclyde , the quality check was done before 8:45pm and the delivery turned up at 9:25pm With my order paid for @ 9:24pm The Pizza and sides were stone cold , the delivery driver when asked why it was so late , then started being awkward about handing me the food he became almost aggressive and asked me what my problem was and said he had never had a delivery like this and that I was the problem . I then rang the Uddingston shop and was told they had been busy and that the manager would contact me , I was asked if in wanted replacement pizza, but I wasn’t prepared to wait another hour, he then said he would a arrange a voucher to spent any dominoes…. Guess what he never sent it …. Avoid this dominoes in Glasgow uddingston , jut remember to check the time they quality check it vs the time you get it AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

  Not only did we get the wrong order but the person on the phone dose not speak English , was trying to tell us that we ordered 1 pizza when the order was 2 and wedges we ordered a meateor when it was clearly a texas bbq and was arguing on the phone for a good 15 min , and was told it would be another 30min for the right order , we took the deal for large pizza for £8.99 x2 plus wedges

  I went on a Wednesday afternoon as just opening, staff where great and very helpful as offers on, food was prepared and ready quickly and tasted great , would defo recommend for a quick lunch

  I am appalled by the level of service I received today. I ordered food for my little girl’s birthday party, only for almost the entire order to be wrong. The only item that was correct was a single pizza. Despite this being entirely the restaurant’s mistake, there was no offer to rectify the situation by preparing and re-delivering the correct order. Instead, I was forced to leave my own child’s birthday dinner to drive to the shop and have the order corrected myself. When I arrived, the staff’s response was unbelievable. The lady simply laughed about the mistake. I pointed out that the rest of the food I’d already received would now be cold by the time I got home, but this was met with more laughter instead of any concern.This completely disrupted what should have been a celebration and put unnecessary stress on my family. The lack of professionalism, accountability and basic customer service was shocking.This experience ruined my child’s birthday party, and because of the way it was handled, I will never order from here again. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable service or even a basic level of customer care.
