  I am appalled by the level of service I received today. I ordered food for my little girl’s birthday party, only for almost the entire order to be wrong. The only item that was correct was a single pizza. Despite this being entirely the restaurant’s mistake, there was no offer to rectify the situation by preparing and re-delivering the correct order. Instead, I was forced to leave my own child’s birthday dinner to drive to the shop and have the order corrected myself. When I arrived, the staff’s response was unbelievable. The lady simply laughed about the mistake. I pointed out that the rest of the food I’d already received would now be cold by the time I got home, but this was met with more laughter instead of any concern.This completely disrupted what should have been a celebration and put unnecessary stress on my family. The lack of professionalism, accountability and basic customer service was shocking.This experience ruined my child’s birthday party, and because of the way it was handled, I will never order from here again. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable service or even a basic level of customer care.

  Ordered a collection and when I got home realised it was wrong. I called up and the staff apologised and sent a fresh pizza by delivery quickly. Very good customer service. Sometimes things go wrong but it’s how you react. Good customer service means repeat customers.

  Nothing wrong with the food but the staff in there are so rude and made me feel uncomfortable in which I haven’t Felt before when just trying to get my food really made my experience one to try forget will never ever be going back to this one !!!
