  An Absolute Disgrace: Appalling Food and Inept Service at Toryglen McDonald's ​After an exhausting shift at work, my friend and I visited the Toryglen McDonald’s hoping for a quick, hot meal. Instead, we were subjected to a masterclass in incompetence and abysmal customer service. ​Stone-Cold Food We ordered two Filet-O-Fish meals, both of which were served stone cold. We weren't the only ones suffering; a nearby table of young customers was also complaining about being served cold chicken nuggets. Seeing youngsters spend a fair chunk of their hard-earned cash only to be handed cold, inedible rubbish is genuinely sad and completely unacceptable. ​Unacceptable Facilities To add insult to injury, I desperately needed to use the washroom, only to find the toilets completely out of order. For a supposedly 24-hour establishment, failing to provide basic, functioning sanitary facilities is nothing short of shocking. ​Arrogant and Defensive Staff The customer service—or rather, the total lack of it—was the final straw. When addressing the issues, we were met by an arrogant staff member who had the audacity to tell us "not to shout," despite absolutely nobody raising their voice. It was a pathetic, defensive tactic used to deflect from the sheer ineptitude of the team on shift. ​A Pattern of Incompetence Sadly, this isn't our first rodeo at this location. There is a constant stream of pathetic excuses here. Finding the drive-thru closed at 10:00 PM on a Saturday night because the tills are supposedly "rebooting" is an absolute joke. ​I strongly urge management to read this and take urgent, decisive action. The staff at Toryglen are rapidly destroying whatever shreds of a decent reputation McDonald's has left. Avoid this location at all costs.

  I was very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's. The customer service was poor, and the staff showed little interest when I raised my concerns. The customer toilets were closed, which is unacceptable for a restaurant serving customers. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets were served cold, making the meal unpleasant. Overall, the poor service, closed toilets, and cold food resulted in a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard from McDonald's.

  I visited today and ordered two Double Filet-O-Fish meals. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the customer toilets were closed. As a restaurant, basic facilities such as toilets should be available for customers. When I raised this with the staff, they seemed uninterested and didn't appear concerned. To make matters worse, both of our Filet-O-Fish burgers were served cold. A family at the table next to us also received cold chicken nuggets and were clearly disappointed with their meal. I hope the manager sees this review and takes these issues seriously, as the quality of both the food and customer service needs significant improvement.
