I phoned McDonalds twice, as it turns out the fault was through Just eats end - the girl/woman whom I spoke with from McDonalds could not have been any nicer & explained how the issue could be rectified. I unfortunately did not catch her name but was very helpful!
- JAjuwariah ameenAug 5, 20261.0I had just finished a night shift and needed something to eat so I ordered from this McDonalds through uber eats at 4.15am. When the driver arrived at McDonalds to pick it up BEFORE 5AM, they cancelled the delivery. The same thing kept happening. Driver after driver accepted the delivery and then cancelled once they arrived at the McDonald’s. I tried calling the store 6 times but they kept ignoring me. Turns out the McDonalds staff were telling the drivers to cancel the order with the excuse that it’s now breakfast time. This went on until 5.30am, when I cancelled the order myself as it was clear they weren’t going to do so. If breakfast starts at 5am, then it starts at 5am, not before.
