  My mum and I came here for lunch, food was incredible. Been a few times but this time was exceptional, it was also made even better by our lovely server Ilia. He couldn’t have been friendlier, so attentive and a genuinely lovely person. He took amazing care of us. Will definitely come back to try out some of the other amazing menu items!

  We weren't impressed, no atmosphere maybe it was with the salt & pepper that was missing from tables or maybe this is the first eating establishment I've been in where they don't put salt & pepper on the table. Come on Zizzi even Weatherspoon customers have access to condiments! Food wasn't anything to write home about. The waiter was rather condescending with his correction of my pronunciation of the word Bruschetta, the salmon risotto was watter & the pizza was thinner than paper! To top it off we had no cash so said to the waiter to add a generous tip to our bill, he gave me a back handed thank you by adding I'm sure the tax man will thank you too! I kinda laughed his comment off because I didn't know what he meant. It wasn't until after he left my partner said that the waiters comment was extreamly rude as his comment really meant he would've rather we paid him a cash tip as a card tip meant he would have to pay tax on it! With over 25 years of experience in this trade my partner knows what he's talking about! Safe to say we will never be back to any Zizzi restaurant.

  Really lovely, friendly staff at Zizzi, Silverburn, Glasgow. As you wait for your food items to arrive, you are given complementary nibbles with your drinks. A lovely touch. My sister and I had the pollo and pesto fresco pizza, with sweet potato fries to share - lovely and light, with a delicious topping. On paying the bill, we were both served (again, complementary) hot chocolate shots to drink. If you're heading to Silverburn, give Zizzi a go. I hope you have as good an experience as us.
