Waited over a hour for my food , and when it arrived it certainly was not worth the wait , when I was in the restaurant waiting , they were many other frustrated, unhappy customers that had been waiting a long time for some basic fryed chicken , Some of the chicken was also chewy , like had tough grisly bits in them Food boxes never had any indication of what was inside , so we had to guess who’s order was what I have no idea how it takes so long to cook such basic food ,also the food was way over priced for what you get , portion sizes are really small , I paid over £40 for 10 chicken tenders , and 8 boneless bites , the small box of shops I got for £3 odd was also shocking I can safely say I’d never go back , and would not recommend going to anyone I know

Dropped into the Glasgow Fort branch for a little bite. Unfortunately I’d made a mistake with my order which the staff promptly rectified. Special mention for Arushi who was super friendly and fixed my order straight away, she’s a credit to the Glasgow fort branch.
