  The service here was fantastic. Really makes this restaurant stand out. Staff member at the till was super friendly and helpful. And everyone was working hard to clear tables on a busy Saturday. Oh and the wings are very tasty.

  This was my first impression of wingstop and it exceeded my expectations. Food was top notch for a fast food restaurant, plenty of choice. Addison at the till was really helpful and friendly. Made us feel right at home for our first visit; an exemplar of what an employee should be. Thank you Addison! The booth we sat at was comfy and clean. The volume of the music was perfect, could hold a conversation without having to whisper or shout. Overall we had a great experience!

  I visited Wingstop at the Fort for the first time on Saturday 08/08/2026 - placed my order at 17:41 and waited 45 minutes for my order. Every member of the floor staff I observed kept touching their faces , lips noses and ears - most unhygienic. I get it was busy but looked a bit dis organised. The food was amazing and really tasty.

  It was my first time at wingstop yesterday, and the young man on tills, Iman, was super helpful at explaining the menu and helping me choose what to have. I would highly recommend it to others, the food and staff were great.

  service is abysmal here the staff are slow and rude. they gave me the wrong order and when i told them the brown woman literally told me “well it’s made now” and “that would be a waste”. why would i waste my money on something i haven’t ordered. i asked the blonde white woman at the till for an update on my order as it had been 30 minutes and she went to ask the kitchen, came back and started making milkshakes instead of telling me the update? waited another 15 minutes before i was served with my food. then another 5 until they remade my chips that were wrong.
