  Had a great experience at wagamama fort glasgow. Our waitress niamh was amazing and advised us on the new menu. We had the updated recipe chili chicken ramen and I had the signature seafood ramen....both were exquisite. We spoke to Debs who we believe might have been the manager and he was also so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

  Unfortunately, we didn’t have a great experience at Wagamama Fort on my birthday at 13Sep at around 9.15 pm, which was particularly disappointing as it’s one of our family’s favourite places to eat. Firstly, our food arrived quite late. Then, one of the dishes we ordered — the Firecracker — was served differently from how it normally is. We were later told that some items had run out, so it had been changed and served with fried item instead, without this being clearly communicated to us beforehand. There was also another dish where we had ordered one item from the starters, but a completely different dish was brought to our table. What was particularly disappointing is that we were still charged the full price for these dishes. If an item is unavailable, customers should be informed and given the choice of whether they want an alternative. Paying the full price for a completely different dish that we did not choose is simply not acceptable. Overall, this was quite disappointing, especially on a special day like my birthday. We normally really enjoy coming to Wagamama, so unfortunately this visit did not live up to our usual experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the service and communication with customers can be improved.

  I have been here quite a few times with my partner and always had a really good experience. Plenty of parking as it's at the fort retail park and the guiding stands out so is easy to find. Inside it's very modern and clean with well spaced seating. Lots to chose from on the menu and lots of vegetarian options for us. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming and attentive, the food is fairly priced, arrives quickly, is beautifully presented and always of a consistently high standard. Would definitely recommend and will be back again in the beer future.

  Never had a Wagamama before but thought we would give it a shot. My wife has a severe peanut allergy and we were delighted to find out that they don’t have any nuts on the premises at all. The manager dealt with us personally and explained that everything would be prepared by management and thoroughly checked to ensure no cross contamination. When I was not sure on what a sauce was, the waitress was very helpful in letting me try some before I ordered the dish. I had the Dali saku duck while my wife has the pork belly ramen. We also had a side of bao buns. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was equally as good. It was also very good value for money. It was a busy but good atmosphere and we will definitely be back. Thanks again to all of the team for making our first Wagamama experience so good 😊
