  Very nice First time visiting and I had the chicken and Prawn lunch box and my wife had a chicken lunch box, these were very nice and tasty, I little more sauce is needed in our opinion but believe me the food is great. Service was really good from being seated to getting service our lunch was great. Thank you

  Unfortunately, our experience at Wagamama was disappointing. The service was quite poor from start to finish. Customers who arrived after us were served their food before us, which was frustrating. When our food finally arrived, my husband’s and child’s meals came first, but my order didn’t arrive until they were already halfway through eating. This completely took away from the experience of enjoying a meal together as a family. To make matters worse, when my food did arrive, it was only lukewarm. It honestly felt like it may have been prepared earlier and left sitting for some time before being served. Even small details added to the poor experience. For example, our drinks came without straws while we noticed other tables were being given them. On its own this may seem minor, but combined with everything else, it added to the feeling that service was inconsistent. I’m not trying to nitpick, but dining out is about the overall experience, and unfortunately this visit fell well below expectations.
