  Went hear last night the 4th and was a shambles seem to be under staffed as had to wait just over 30mins for a table when there was a lot of free tables that never got used and the food took over an hour to come out and the food wasn't good at all the burger i ordered the meat was half a burger and cremated and the pasta had no flavour what so ever very disappointed as we usually go hear quite alot

  waited over 40 minutes for food, then they brought out the wrong food for 2 of the orders waited an extra 20 minutes for that as well. Food was rubbish, fries were overcooked, massively overpriced for average food. No communication when they were correcting our order had to go up and ask again and was not offered anything complimentary for the massive inconvenience never coming back !!

  Just eat , uber eats As a delivery rider, I found the staff's behaviour to be rude and unprofessional. They were not willing to listen or communicate with riders, and any concerns or questions were ignored. Respectful communication is important for smooth deliveries, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I hope the management addresses this and treats delivery riders with more courtesy and respect.

  We hadn’t been to TGI Fridays for around four years. Since we used to really enjoy it, we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was quiet with only a few other customers, but the service was poor from the beginning and never improved. The atmosphere also felt and very different from how it used to be. We ordered two quesadillas, which were a big letdown. They had very little chicken or cheese, tasted off, and seemed rushed and poorly prepared. Both were also slightly burnt. Honestly, we’ve had better quesadillas from Burrito Boy. We also had to ask for the salsa and sour cream that were supposed to come with the dish, and even then they took far too long to arrive. On top of that, the toilets were not clean, which added to the poor experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and we won’t be returning.
