Unfortunately, our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was quiet with only a few other customers, but the service was poor from the beginning and never improved. The atmosphere also felt and very different from how it used to be. We ordered two quesadillas, which were a big letdown. They had very little chicken or cheese, tasted off, and seemed rushed and poorly prepared. Both were also slightly burnt. Honestly, we’ve had better quesadillas from Burrito Boy. We also had to ask for the salsa and sour cream that were supposed to come with the dish, and even then they took far too long to arrive. On top of that, the toilets were not clean, which added to the poor experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and we won’t be returning.

The only positives were our waiter, who was friendly and helpful, and the burger, which was decent. However, two people received completely cold potatoes with their meals. Instead of replacing the dishes, we were just brought an extra bowl of potatoes, but they were inedible because they were extremely salty and over seasoned. One of the chicken breasts was also badly burnt. The broccoli was also very hard, not al dente, but simply undercooked. We ordered 3 chicken dishes and 1 burger, and only the burger was acceptable. The waiting times were also very long. We waited around 25 minutes for the starters and then another 30 minutes for the main courses. Overall, the food quality did not match the prices or expectations, and we left disappointed.

How can I make a restaurant booking?

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
