- LMLauren McleanOct 5, 20265.0Was in visiting with my sister in law and niece and the 2 waiters Bruno and Caleb were very helpful today as they always are they only downfall to the atmosphere was that there was a girl working there who had long ginger hair I didn’t get her name was being rude to the waiter Caleb on the shop floor which I overheard while I was eating and it really put me off wanting to come back. I don’t think it should be something happening on the shop floor and if she was unhappy with something she could have pulled him aside into the back.
- LPlisa primroseSep 12, 20261.0Booked here as it was my son's 5th birthday and he was excited about sitting in the car. We were 10 minutes late due to traffic, but we called to let them know. We then waited 45 minutes for starters, and an hour and a half after arrival we had still not received our main. We had to ask for drinks more than once and then cutlery when mains were brought out. I ordered maple corn ribs and was given boiled corn, which I sent back and and at this point we were just so disappointed I didn't want a replacement. The place wasn't even half full, so I genuinely cannot understand the delay. And as the kid's menu comes out with mains, we had a very hungry birthday boy by the time he got his pasta and teaspoon of beans. Despite telling them it was a birthday there was no song for the birthday boy, so we left disappointed and won't be back.

Super helpful and sweet taking our order, also gave me a little duck in my drink when my friends ordered the special cocktails with one and I just got a Coke! Super above and beyond service and very kind! Food was delicious, wasn’t so keen on the house fry flavour myself but they were still good! 😌

How can I make a restaurant booking?
You can make a booking via our website or via the Fridays Rewards app. Head to www.tgifridays.co.uk/find-us to locate your nearest restaurant.
How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
