They need to be trained at least the basic manner’s of attending the customer weather it’s an insto or walking.

Very attentive helpful pleasant and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We asked for his advice regarding the sharing platter and we are so glad that we listened to him. It was just gorgeous and we decided again to ask what his thoughts were regarding the dessert menu. We opted for the sharing brownie ice cream and sauces. Oh. My. Days. Died and gone to heaven spring to mind here! Every team member worked hard and were never at peace. Would not hesitate to come back!

The Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta was extremely oily — there was so much oil on the plate that it was literally swimming in it, and we couldn’t finish the dish. The nachos were tasty, but even the nachos themselves were fried and quite oily. The cheese fries had very minimal cheese, which was disappointing considering they were supposed to be cheese fries. The burger was also very dry and had barely any sauce in it. Overall, the food quality was not what we expected from TGI Fridays, and we left feeling quite disappointed. Hopefully, the kitchen can improve the preparation and balance of the dishes.

How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
