- AMAlexander Mcfarlane6 days ago5.0SOOOOOOOOO GOOD. I loved eeeeeverything about it. I really like the 1950s diner vibes too. I had the mozzarella planks, the baby back ribs and a chocolate caramel sundae and it was SOOOOOOOOO GOOD (and that’s not because ribs are my favourite food). Also our server (Kyle) was very nice even though he forgot to ask me if I wanted any dessert but that’s not the point. I loved the fact that Kyle had lots of pins on his lil overalls. Five stars (w Kyle)

We got the everyday trio deal with an additional side of the sesame chicken strips (it’s an absolute Fridays must) and the value for money is excellent. We will be back for sure at Fridays in the Glasgow Fort :-)

He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to guide us through the menu and helping us make the right choices. Nothing was too much trouble, and his excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Kyle, for making our meal such a great experience, we'll definitely be back!
- HCHalle CallaghanJun 3, 20263.0I was here with my partner last night and the food was great, we really enjoyed it but the first thing was when asked if I wanted a drinks refill I said yes but when our server brought it back over he took my glass that still had juice in it that I was drinking from… it was also the wrong drink.We were offered desserts and our server told us he’d be back in a few minutes, we had a look at the menu which my partner decided he wanted to get something. We waited 30minutes and no staff even came anywhere near us. It got to the point where we were just annoyed so my partner decided he didn’t want dessert anymore and to go up to where our server was standing and ask for the bill, yet when our server came over he still tried to offer us dessert after leaving us sitting for so long and when going to pay which it was myself paying our server says “that’s nice of you” in a really odd tone, it’s annoyed me as I know it wouldn’t of been said if it was my male partner paying. I’m not sure if it was the time we went and the server couldn’t be bothered but when paying for a service surely a certain type of standard is expected. We weren’t impressed with our visit

How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
