  Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Essen war super lecker, die Brownies ein Traum. Der Service war super sympathische und das Ambiente ist so schön gewesen. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen dort essen zu gehen. Selbst die Toiletten und deren Vorraum waren ein Traum 😁

  I haven't been to TGIs for about 10 years. The service here was excellent, and although the place was busy we didn't have to wait too long for our food. I had the chilli burger which was nice. All the food was nice, but thats as far as it goes. I dont think anyone expect a la carte here, and 2 beers, 2 main meals and a side for £59 is a bit steep IMO. Also the toilets are down stairs and along corridors so I dont know what provision there is for people with disabilities. Overall a 3 star experience.

  1st time we visited this place we had a nice ribeye, which I recommend, 2nd time we ordered chicken platter and loaded skin potatoes was.our last night in Scotland...which was a total disaster we did not eat it all was very oily and disgusted. Shame as we ate good all throughnour holiday except this night

  I hadn’t been back to this restaurant for almost a year, and coming back after such a long time was honestly a huge disappointment. I remember the short ribs used to be a really generous portion — a proper full rack, juicy, tender and satisfying. What I got this time was completely different. The portion was much smaller, the meat was dry, and to be honest, I’ve had better frozen ribs from Lidl. The crispy calamari also tasted like a frozen product rather than something freshly prepared. Pretty much everything fried was badly overcooked. The chicken wings were so dark and over-fried that I genuinely wondered whether whoever was working the fryer understood how to control the cooking time and temperature. Such a shame, because I remembered this place being so much better a year ago. The drop in both quality and portion size is really disappointing.

  Very surprised & disappointed with the service on my recent visit, on a Wednesday evening. Food was good, but the service was shocking. Had to fight for attention to order, food was then delivered and no staff member came anywhere near the table again, so didn’t order more drinks or desserts. Had to stand at the front door to pay. Also heard the table behind us making comments with the same issues as us.
