- JBJane Bellshawtoday1.0Ordered Chicken Quesadillas and Mac and Cheese with Garlic bread. Chicken was dry and over salted and Quesadilla was charcoal burnt. They even managed to burn garlic bread. The girl who served was a nice enough person and quite cheery. However the food was disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend it and certainly won’t return.

While the waiters looked like they were working hard the atmosphere was terrible. I have been to this restaurant before and loved it, but the woman who I assume is the manager really let it down tonight. The waiters seemed bothered by her, and her interaction with myself was minimal despite having an allergy and being told management would run me through. She seemed rude, and frankly not nice to the rest of the hard working waiters. I don’t think I will be returning unless something is done about her and the way she treats both customers and staff. She is an embarrassment to what used to be a great restaurant.

Took about 10 mins for a drink order (was actually due to leave if it was much longer…wish I did) the couple that came in front us had their drinks, and starters and our drink order hadn’t been taken yet. Starter was good. Chicken quesadillas. Ordered sirloin steak asked for well done, was brought to the table rare, sent it back to be cooked some more was sent back rare again. Told them not bother sending me another one. The manger did apologise and deduct this from our bill, but personally I’d have written the bill off in full. A well done steak isn’t difficult. I won’t be back, for the prices you charge this isn’t good enough.

You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
