  My starter calamari was chewy but my Quesadillas were lovely as was my pecan pie and ice cream. My friend enjoyed his bacon and cheese loaded chicken bites starter then he enjoyed the same main as me and sweet. This was part of the special offer of starter, main and drink with the sweet extra but it was actually a fair price starting at £12.95.

  Food was great and service excellent and very quick. Vicky was our waitress and she was really nice and friendly making our meal out a great experience!

  We visited for my 6 year old's birthday lunch on 6th August and we're served by Vicky. Her service was brilliant throughout and she made him feel very special, going the extra mile with a balloon crown and dog to add to the great food and encouraging the whole restaurant to sing him happy birthday! :o) We have been to quite a few TGIs but the service here outclassed everywhere else (and we haven't had a bad experience elsewhere). Thanks for a lovely meal and great overall experience. We'll be back!

  We had actually been seated at a restaurant nearby and left because the atmosphere and the service was extremely slow. We went into TGIs and from the moment we went in Vicky, our server, couldn't be any lovelier. She was so kind to our two daughters, played with them, brought them balloons, and made it a fun and pleasant experience on my husband's birthday. Can't thank Vicky and the rest of the staff enough xx

  I was utterly appalled by the standard of service we received at this establishment. On our first visit, we were left to seat ourselves because there wasn't a single member of staff available to greet or assist us. Unfortunately, things only deteriorated from there. On a subsequent visit with friends and children, the waitress Vicky, displayed an astonishingly condescending attitude. She took the menu out of my friend's hands, flipped it over, and patronisingly pointed out alternative options rather than simply speaking to us with courtesy and respect. She then failed to accurately take our order, resulting in food arriving that bore little resemblance to what anyone at the table had actually requested. Rather than addressing the poor service, it felt as though the same waitress attempted to distract from the situation by making balloon animals for the children. While this may have been intended as a kind gesture, it came across as a transparent attempt to compensate for an otherwise unacceptable dining experience. The only redeeming aspect of our visit was the manager, who dealt with the issue professionally and appropriately by resolving the bill. Their handling of the complaint was courteous, but it could not undo the poor service and disorganisation we experienced throughout the visit. Having now experienced this level of service firsthand, I am not surprised to see so many negative reviews about this establishment. The lack of organisation, poor customer service, and failure to deliver even the basics of hospitality make it somewhere I would not choose to visit again.
