  Very disappointing service at Tesco. The staff who served us were extremely rude and disrespectful. Even if someone is having a bad day, that is not an excuse to treat customers poorly. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect — people’s feelings and lives matter. Customer service here really needs improvement.

  I am honestly shocked by the way customers are treated at this Tesco store. Today I witnessed extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour towards my brother while he was simply paying for his shopping. The cashier threw the change onto the counter instead of handing it to him, which was very disrespectful and completely unnecessary. The staff’s attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, making it feel like customers were an inconvenience rather than people paying for their groceries. To make matters worse, staff were loudly banging doors and behaving in a very unprofessional way. The atmosphere in the store felt tense and uncomfortable. There is no excuse for treating customers with this level of disrespect. Basic manners and professionalism should be expected in any customer service environment. I hope the management at Tesco takes this seriously and addresses the behaviour of their staff.

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this Tesco store. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience here — it has happened multiple times, and unfortunately today was the worst. The staff serving us were very rude and dismissive. When we paid, the cashier threw the change on the counter instead of handing it to us, which felt very disrespectful. It honestly felt like we were being treated as if we were taking the items for free rather than paying customers. On top of that, the staff were loudly banging doors and behaving in a very aggressive and unprofessional way. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Basic manners and respect should be expected when dealing with customers, but that was completely missing. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after experiencing this kind of behaviour multiple times, it really needs to be addressed. I hope management looks into this and reminds staff that customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

  This is not a dig at staff! Staff are lovely. Please dont buy the chicken wraps I've definitely had food poisoning from this I know this cause it was the only thing I had eaten that day. Avoid!!!
