I didn’t think in my wildest dreams I would be writing this review about Tescos and yet here I am. I regularly shop at this store, but I have recently had a very frustrating experience with the customer service. There is a specific type product I frequently purchase, but it has repeatedly been missing from the shelves. After speaking with other employees at the store, they verified and confirmed to me that a member of staff is intentionally hiding this specific item so that customers cannot buy it.As a loyal customer, it is incredibly disappointing to have to deal with staff members actively preventing stock from being sold. I hope management looks into this and ensures that items are kept properly stocked on the shop floor for paying customers, rather than being hidden away.

Tried to buy something at self checkout that needed verification. Employees just ignored me so I gave up and left. Prices are also pretty high here given it's a Tesco's.

Went to the shop at 10:33 pm needing some medicine urgently. I was shocked to find the doors closed considering they close 11pm

Be aware the store closes before 10:48, clear breach of trading expectations seeing as the store states they close at 11pm.

Great location, parking can be tough. It's a good place to shop for the essentials.
