  I haven't had a bad experience in a Tesco store. This store still is brilliant when it comes to staff efficiency and approachability.

  Never seems to open at 6 anymore, some mornings it is only a couple minutes late but this morning I waited until after 10 past and ended up leaving so I didn’t miss my bus.

  Terrible service, I came back from work arriving at 10:47 was already closed, the time at least had to be respected, I always go to another one I left to go to this one and I got screwed, tesco team check this team that is Sunday 03/15 absurd

  Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to formally file a complaint regarding the Tesco Express store located at Tesco Stores Ltd, 175 Trongate, Glasgow G1 5HF, United Kingdom. On Sunday, 15 March 2026, customers were being prevented from entering the store even though it was still within the advertised opening hours. According to the Sunday schedule, the store closes at 11:00 PM. However, when I arrived at 10:47 PM, staff refused to allow me to enter. I only needed to make a quick emergency purchase, and my access to the store was denied despite arriving before closing time. I have a video recording of the incident at the moment it happened. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed. Kind regards, Jordy
