  Today I was barred because one of their staff lied and said I threatened him.. If this was the case then why didn't they ban me last week when I was in the store at the time when I spoke to a "manager" if I had I fact threatened him then why didn't the manager say anything then and why didn't the guy say it himself because he was present at the time yet said nothing and stood there with a stupid look on his face because he had been caught out talking to another female customer aggressively.. The manager who was there today sounded like she believes him and this was without checking the cameras at all.. If she had she would have seen him being aggressive before I stepped in. That manager and the other one from last week should be ashamed of themselves some customer service 👍🏻 And yous wonder why you can't beat aldi to the awards not only do they have overpriced products they treat their staff and their customers like garbage.
