  Today at around 430 pm, a staff member pushed passed me aggressively, pushing me out of the way as I went to the self check out. This behaviour has become increasingly common in this branch, it didn't used to be like this, I've been shopping here for 11 years. Whatever happened to courtesy & respect for customers ?

  I would like to lodge a complaint about the security personnel at this Tesco Express. I was shopping at Tesco Express (Argyle St, Glasgow G3 8RB) around 7 p.m. on January 15th. After I finished paying, I was about to leave when the security guard at the door stopped me, saying There was an order on the self-checkout machine that had not been paid. I told him it wasn't my bill and that I had already paid. He insisted that I go and check the bill. I had no choice but to walk back to the self-checkout machine. The security guard found that the items on the machine were not the same as what I had bought and as Ked me to explain. I had not used this machine, so of course the items were not the same. Later, it was only when a store employee came that the problem was resolved and I was allowed to lea And. And when he found out it wasn't my problem, he didn't say sorry. I suspect he did it on purpose, as a form of discrimination against me. I need his apology.
