- BLBelén Moreno Lorenzo4 days ago1.0Mala atención del personal. Poco producto y alguno en un estado deplorable. Las máquinas frigoríficas tienen las puertas rotas y la cadena del frío se rompe, por lo que los productos están expuestos a cambios de temperatura constante. Quise usar la máquina de café Costa que tienen en el interior, pero estaba averiada. No lo supe porque lo pusiera en ningún cartel o aviso (la máquina estaba encendida), sino porque no arrancaba y el personal que estaba allí, en lugar de decírmelo, se fue a la caja a reírse. Tuve que ir expresamente a preguntar si estaba haciendo algo mal o si estaba rota, y me dijeron que no funcionaba desde hacía mucho. Pues poned un cartel o apagadla. Una falta de respeto y educación tremendos.

This behaviour has become increasingly common in this branch, it didn't used to be like this, I've been shopping here for 11 years. Whatever happened to courtesy & respect for customers ?
