  I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience at the Tesco Café was disappointing enough to warrant one. Upon arrival, I was informed that card payments could not be processed, requiring me to leave the premises to find an ATM and withdraw cash. The overall cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard; several tables were left dirty, with visible green food remnants across the surface. The coffee served was both bitter and weak, and the poached egg provided was not poached at all, but resembled a hard‑boiled egg. Considering the prices are comparable to — or even higher than — those of typical high‑street cafés, the quality and service fell significantly short of expectations. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience, and I do not intend to return to this Tesco Café

  Love the cafe but the new ordering machine make the cafe feel cold and the staff are short with older customers who can’t work it then which is a shame to see

  Been a couple of times the staff are very nice but the cooked food is just average.
