What customer ordered need to make same-way this very important, Staff must be needed to training, how to satisfy the customer, when customers complete saying there order must be need to ask ( anything else for you ) this more important for everyone….

Extremely disappointing experience at this Subway.
The food quality was poor and the customer service was even worse. I clearly requested a specific salad, but the staff added a completely different salad to my sandwich without checking with me. The bread was hard, stale, cracked, and broken, making the sandwich difficult to eat. The sandwich was poorly prepared and fell apart when opened.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude of one of the staff members. When customers were standing at the counter asking questions and trying to place an order, he appeared uninterested, walked away from the counter, and went inside to continue cleaning instead of assisting customers. I found this behaviour rude and unprofessional.
Customers should be listened to and treated with respect. If an order is made incorrectly, staff should take responsibility rather than ignore customer concerns.
I have attached photos showing the condition of the sandwich and bread. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this branch and hope management addresses both the food quality and customer service issues.

Possibly the worst experience. A Sri Lankan guy works the evening shifts. First, he is extremely rude, barely listens and snaps back. Second, whenever he is on the shift and asked about App rewards, he says the machine doesn't work. He straight up lies about it so that he doesn't have to give discount, says the machine has been broken for a couple weeks and when told that you got the sub in the morning yesterday and the machine worked just fine, he says scan again please, and when you do that he says "nah, doesn't work". He probably pockets the discount money to his wallet. ITS PLAIN RIDICULOUS. There is no way you can complain about this. Staff Description: Sri Lankan middle aged man, medium height and build and works in evening!. Would really help if the authorities can take notice of this repeated actions. Its not just one time he has done that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
