  Poor customer service from the woman working at the shop. On Thursday, 24 August, at around 7:50 PM, she was throwing the food down in a rude and disrespectful manner, which felt deliberately provocative and made the experience very unpleasant.

  Male member of staff that was serving us was too busy flirting with his female colleague to serve anyone properly. Gave me a poorly slapped together sandwich that was messy, was missing two of the things I asked for as well as two of the veg I asked for, gave me the wrong cookie. Other than him, the drinks machine wasn’t serving Coca Cola and the Dr Pepper was practically just water. Definitely would not go here again. He was the furthest thing from a “sandwich artist”, put me behind the counter and I’d have made a better sandwich without training.

  Dirtiest subway i ever been to Staff looks totally depressed and upset to see customers. Crisps rack was full of dirt and hairs all over the rack section.

  I had a great experience at Subway! Imad and Maryam provide excellent customer service and are always friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh, tasty, and prepared with great care. The quality is really good for the price, so it’s definitely great value for money. Highly recommended!
