  NOT ALLERGY SAFE. Said four times and confirmed this cookie was vegan but it wasn’t. Refused to refund anything other than the cookie even though I wouldn’t have gone there if it wasn’t for that.

  Terrible customer service, asked for a vegan cookie with a meal. The employee told me the cookie was vegan 3 separate occasions, I had to check manually on Subway for their allergens and he had given a milk chocolate cookie where the only vegan options are double chocolate and oat and raisin. Partner has a dairy intolerance if she had eaten this it would have ruined her day and caused significant discomfort.

  Staff too busy talking and not listening to the orders being given. Ended up getting the completely wrong order. The guy at the till serving, couldn’t hear a word for his mumbling. Also looked totally uninterested in serving customers in a polite manner. Won’t be back.

  I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews for the Subway in St Enoch Centre, Glasgow. Every time I’ve been, the staff have been friendly, the service has been quick, and the food has been fresh and well made. The place has always looked clean and organised too. I had a really nice experience and would happily go back again. Sometimes people are too quick to complain, but my visits have been nothing but positive.
