  I frequent many Subway franchises and to date, I've only had a few times where I have come into contact with gluten. Most of those times it was unfortunate, and I couldn't fault the sandwich artist for it. However, at this branch, not only did they not properly toast my sandwich, leaving it with the texture of stale bread, but while I looked away, I didn't notice them handling someone else's sandwich without changing their gloves and returning to mine and as such, I ate it without knowledge that it had happened until I realised later that this was the only thing that could have happened when I was stuck on the toilet. I can't fully fault the employee, as every single one should be trained or at the very least told that handling orders for gluten sensitive people should be done carefully and without touching gluten-laden sandwiches. If I wanted gluten in my sandwich, I would ask for an Italian herbs and cheese and bear the consequences on my gut, but specifically asking for gluten free one would imagine you should at least change gloves before handling one or the other. Disappointed in one of the few places I somewhat trusted to have meal options where otherwise I would not have any.

  I’m a regular customer at this Subway branch, and I honestly have to say that Sahil is one of the best employees there. He is always polite, professional, and welcoming, and he consistently serves customers with a smile. His attitude and work ethic really stand out, and he makes every visit a pleasant experience. It’s rare to find someone so hardworking and genuinely kind. Sahil is a great example of excellent customer service, and he truly adds value to the place. Highly recommended!
