  The staff are extremely lovely and helpful and the building and utilities are very clean, Carl served me and he was down to earth.

  Staff are so misinformed about their own menu it is disturbing. Popped in for a saver meal on my break from work and was wrong told I could only have white or brown bread. So I did the rightful thing and walked out and place my exact order on hearty Italian using their app. If you are going to tell people the wrong thing at least have something that can back it up!

  Food is decent quality though sometimes sandwiches are left too long in the toasters. My main issue is the strange menu restrictions they have, I.e. offering saver subs only with white or brown bread when thats never been the case - you can even order any bread on the app. Service is also slow due to how many deliveries are accepted, not very helpful for a shopping centre resturaunt.

  Came in during work hours supporting a gentleman who has diabetes and ptsd related anxiety. Part of my job is to encourage the people i support to do daily tasks as individually as they are able to. The person i support was helped out by a lovely girl Hayley working in the shop last week. She helped us out with swapping ingredients to less calorific choices and took time to listen to what her customer needed. I was surprised by the person centred service that was given to him and it has impacted his confidence greatly when ordering himself/paying. Thank you to hayley and all the lovely staff there and we will certainly be back!

  I went in for my lunch, fast service and very polite. Will be back!!!!
